The western location requires you to find a missing archer from 4 possible locations. The northern location requires you to defeat three yellow enemy officers and report back. From what I see from dialogue I can’t understand, it looks like you have to bother an NPC who’s staying inside the house your directed to by staying there until he gives up. The north-eastern location requires you to go to another location and stay there. After this you report back to the location. The south-eastern location requires you to completely clear out the area around the enemy SB this includes the SB itself, any troop outside of the base both on ground and on top of towers/the wall and enemy officers. There are 5 locations (marked by ‘pings’) that give you 5 objectives. New Limited Time Quest - The details, from what I can interpret, are: New Sew Gear - Sha Flash (pending) for Males and Shaki Mailing (pending) for Females. Also new recycled ROTK Gear set, shown here. New Gear Sets - Pang Tong Sets for Male and Female. Eclipse now creates two tornadoes instead. The orbs travels a set distance and explode 5 seconds after stopping. Extra input will cause you to chant, before sending out 4 larger orbs instead. The first hit causes Stagger, then the second one does Knockback. Thrust now sends a bigger orb forward. Another input will cause you to backflip and land on your staff, causing a gust of fire to erupt forward. C5 instead shoots a wind cone forward instead of the green ball. 
C2 has an added input that causes you to launch a slow moving mirror forward, like Zhuge Liang’s C3.
